The owner heard me explaining the situation to the front desk and he came out to looks. He assured me he could repair it. They replaced the glass and fixed the wood that was broken all in one day for only $118 I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them!
The Glass Guru replaced a broken window on my home. The cost over $500. A few months later the new window cracked. There was nothing that hit the window, it just cracked in the cold weather. Clearly a manufacturing defect. The company would not replace the window, but said they would give me a 10% discount on a new window. They don't back their products. Steer clear.Original window replaced Sept. 2024. Cracked Jan 2025. Quote attached.
It was a great experience starting with the in home review and cost calculation by Jay along with the modified replacement door panel lead time being met as promised. The installer, Ron, was courteous, personable, professional and installed the "Doggy Door" in about on hour. Tillie loves her new door!
I would highly recommend using The Glass Guru, they are a great company with great service. Starting with Kelssea, she set up the appointments and answered all my questions, to Ryan, who came out and gave me a couple of quotes and explained everything that would take place, to the installer Ron, who showed up on time, did a flawless job and left absolutely no mess behind, was even so kind to remove his shoes, due to our new carpet we had installed. We went from a small, installed improperly, framed shower enclosure to a bigger, frameless, installed properly shower door and absolutely love it. All around a fantastic company and great, great employees and customer service!!!!
Karl and Chris were very friendly, professional, and I would higly recommend them. I called several local sliding door repair business and none provided the service I needed. The screw of the door frame had rusted so the glass detached itself from the frame and the Sliding Glass Guru Team fixed it in under 20 mins. Thanks for the great service Karl and Chris!
