It was great! They were doing a job in my neighborhood and the project manager, Davin, came over and clearly explained to me how the installation would work. He then hooked me up with a sales rep, who gave me a great discount and competitive price. I had checked with other companies and James beat them all! Our timeline was tight and they even met that. The installers neat and professional. They answered my questions and followed up on any concern I had. All in all, a great experience and excellent value.
I highly recommend this company. They told me the amount of time it'll take to have the windows and door made and delivered. Everything is done according to our home measurements. Every home is unique and their windows and doors are custom made. USA products too which I value incredibly. So, my windows and door arrived very close to the time they estimated. They kept me informed all the time. The installers were very polite and professional, and they are true artists at their craft. I observed them and they do put their heart into their work. My windows are beautiful and my door is solid! Right away when I called them, I had a good feeling this is the company for me. I didn't get other estimates, my intuition told me to stay with this company. 5 stars for me. If this site had more stars, I would have picked more stars. My confidence was accurate. They are excellent in this field. They also show gratitude for their excellence. Very unique company for sure
We had our windows, patio doors, and front door replaced by Modern Resolution this week. The experience was great, from our first meeting with Ashton until the completion yesterday. Let me say this.From start to finish, I have never had such an amazing experience as I've had with Modern Resolution Windows and Doors.I am in sales myself, Ashton was informative, non pressure, all knowledge and skill. Allowed me to fully understand the process and consider.I went all in with Modern Resolution due to this.Not only was Ashton attentive and like family after we started. I'd consider both him and Jake brothers.I work for yelp, so I’m heavily review oriented, I am all about the process.I reached out to Jake personally and he provided all the great information that I needed to make a decision on the color for my home. We shared that we both had golden retrievers, and I felt so comfortable with my decision with white Windows and a black slider.The production process, of course, took to about two months.Communication is there every step of the way.Now, one of the best parts of it all.Install day I had Juan, Andrew, Dennis, Corey.I would consider all of them like family. They had some of the best work ethic, experience, made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever felt with an install.Dennis had over 20+ years in construction, installs, renovations - working hard and his work ethic showed same with Corey, Andrew and Juan.I was here with them the entire two days that it took to install the windows. Not only was it 110° outside, but the windows were installed so perfectly. To the way they remove the old windows, put the new ones and sealed everything perfectly. Had me feel the difference on the outside, compared to the inside with the gas inside of the new Windows.I am a true believer and will always recommend Modern Resolution Windows. And Anlin is one of the best manufacturers out there for windows compared to higher ends like Anderson, etc.. Pure California company with over 30+ years in business.Thank you to all of the Modern resolution crew, you have truly made an impact and succeeded in ways.
