Reviews frequently highlight clear, no-pressure quoting and consistent communication on price and timelines. Many customers note punctual crews, neat workmanship, and full cleanup after installation. Several comments mention competitive pricing and brand options. There is at least one critical review citing long-term window performance concerns, but most recent feedback trends positive on process and installation.
Overall the windows look nice at first. Then I discovered the shoddy caulking and caulking drips all around the frame of my windows outside. Within months I had to have a window replaced twice because of condensation. 5 years later, and the third time for that same window the argon was gone entirely and the window is discolored now. SIX of the SEVEN windows have lost their insulation effect. There are cracks in all of the joints around the windows.OH, YOU HAVE A WARRANTY? WORTHLESS.After a minimum of 15 hours of repeatedly taking pictures from this angle and that angle, inside and outside, submitting & resubmitting original invoices, noting the serial number of every window, and doing that several times, the warranty company said my ineffective windows were not a manufacture defects.
Red rocks was an incredible window company to work with. They were direct and communicative about price and time frame for our window install. Their sales people were not overbearing which we appreciated and I will gladly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
We received several quotes before deciding on Red Rock. Red Rock was not only competitive in pricing, but also provided a quality brand for both doors and windows. From the sales person to the owner, the process was easy and efficient. Red Rock was good to their word on timing. Actually earlier than quoted. The installation was clean and efficient. Phil and Robert made certain to clean up completely and double checked their work to ensure a solid result. We love our new front door. If quality, service and price is your goal, you can’t afford not to use Red Rock. You can thank me later.
If you are looking for great windows without a long sales pitch, Red Rock Windows is the way to go! I had two other quotes but the sales pitch was so long and boring and pressure-filled. Red Rock got to the point quickly, did some measurements, and I had a price for my windows! This week, 17 windows were installed and the installation crew was great! They hauled the old windows away and installed the new ones. Not one plant was damaged and they cleaned up the work areas very well. If you are on the fence about who to choose for your windows, please check out Red Rock!
If I could give Red Rock 10 stars I would. If you are like me, and want to call around to get several quotes before making your decision, let me make this easy for you and just go with Red Rock. Especially if you are replacing skylights.I purchased my first rental property in Tempe that has all original windows from 1960. The kitchen window was so giant, it took up the entire side wall of the kitchen, making the wall unusable for anything else. I wanted it removed, the frame shrunk down to 1/4 of it's size and I needed to replace an old skylight. Every person that came by to give me an estimate said what I wanted was either impossible (since no one else seems to replace skylights) or was not in my reality because the cost was astronomical.Just when I was about to give up all hope, Thomas stops by and tells me not only is everything I want totally doable by his team, but it also could be done at a reasonable price! I felt like my prayers were answered. Blake did the install and he was great to work with. When it was all done, I almost cried tears of joy. The windows look amazing and completely transform the space.Save yourself the time and hire Red Rock or at least add them to your short list to consider.??
