Red Rock Windows and Doors

Overall the windows look nice at first. Then I discovered the shoddy caulking and caulking drips all around the frame of my windows outside. Within months I had to have a window replaced twice because of condensation. 5 years later, and the third time for that same window the argon was gone entirely and the window is discolored now. SIX of the SEVEN windows have lost their insulation effect. There are cracks in all of the joints around the windows. OH, YOU HAVE A WARRANTY? WORTHLESS. After a minimum of 15 hours of repeatedly taking pictures from this angle and that angle, inside and outside, submitting & resubmitting original invoices, noting the serial number of every window, and doing that several times, the warranty company said my ineffective windows were not a manufacture defects.

Red rocks was an incredible window company to work with. They were direct and communicative about price and time frame for our window install. Their sales people were not overbearing which we appreciated and I will gladly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
