I cannot recommend Bill and his team at American Sliding Door Repair enough! I was prepared to spend thousands (3k to 4k for a vynil door) on a brand-new sliding door because mine was almost impossible to open and the track was damaged.Nick came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and told me it was fully repairable. Bill's team (Nick and Kalani are pros!) replaced the rollers, fixed the track, and did an excellent job. They were professional, punctual, clean, and efficient.My door now slides with just one finger—seriously, it works better than I can recall! The best part? The cost was a small fraction of what I would have paid to replace the entire unit. If you are having issues with your sliding door, do not buy a new one until you call Bill. Highly recommended!
