Had windows installed earlier in January, installers left a mess which left multiple shards of glass, broken wood , window finishing trimming and caulk tube trimmings around the whole house. Windows are great quality, and the price was fair, however the sloppiness of the install would make me consider a different company in the futureEdit- Window world reach out and apologized for the situation and they sent someone out to clean up the mess in a timely manner. I appreciate that from them and I have amended my review to reflect that.
We had a problem with a window that was installed 3 years ago. When Window World tells you it is a lifetime warranty, it really is. They came out and found the problem and then came back and fixed the window with absolutely no charge. It is refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what they say. All great people and that also shows in their charitable support of St. Jude.
Absolutely professional. The installers were so polite and professional. They did a terrific job. Everything looks fantastic. We got the built and blinds in the windows and oh my gosh, we love them. We really appreciate working with Scott at window world. His patience and attention to detail are exemplary. He answered all my questions. We love our new, maple-colored bay window. When some finishing touches were needed after install, Scott came as soon as possible to address everything and he went above and beyond to weather proof our new window.
