The entire experience with Ultra has been amazing. Aaron and his detailed information and prompt follow through was a great buying experience. 19 windows were ready from the factory in record time too! But the real shining example of customer obsession was John and his crew during the installation. Wow, such care for everything in our home, meticulous cleanup, and great communication throughout. We recently moved to our current house and had 29 new windows installed by Ultra Windows to replace the original single pane windows. The entire process was outstanding from start to finish. We got several quotes from other companies and even though Ultra wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because of the installation process. Aaron Ross was who came to our house to give the quote, explain the different types of windows, and how they did installation. He was very knowledgeable, explained all of my options clearly, and took time to educate and answer all of my questions.The installation crew was absolutely exceptional and far exceeded my expectations! The team lead, George/Jorge, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had during the removal and installation process. They covered everything with plastic and cleaned up well inside and outside after each day.I cannot recommend Ultra Windows enough!!! I can confidently say this because we used another well known window company 9 months prior, to replace some windows in our previous house. The installation was night and day when compared to Ultra. The other company was like a NASCAR pit crew and was in and out so fast. I found glass inside and outside of the house for days after the installation. Thankfully none of my kids stepped on any of it! We did have this same company come give us a quote before getting the quote from Ultra Windows and choose to go with Ultra because of how they explained their installation. There are a handful of windows that we did not replace because they were newer and not the original single pane windows. When it comes time to replace them, we will definitely be using Ultra Windows again!

Pricing was much better than the other 2 quotes I received and there was no pressure to purchase on the spot. Ultra Windows offers a lifetime warranty. I’m so happy with my new windows, & that I they were recommended to me by my brother in law.
I did extensive research before our windows replacement project. I got 4 quotes and Ultra Windows was able to provide quality aluminum windows for the price of other companies' vinyl products ... and almost half of one bid!The warranty was not as robust as others (i.e., lifetime, breakage, etc.), but it was a good warranty. We have some windows that are the largest you can get and I was only comfortable going with aluminum. The lead time was about a month longer than others, but we were happy to wait to ensure we got what we wanted (and the weather cooled off). I did a lot of research on the manufacturer (local in south Texas) and their products and manufacturing processes reviews showed some of the highest rankings in quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, took time to educate and answer all of my questions, and was always available to provide a status and ensure satisfaction. He provided numerous references in our neighborhood we could go see and talk to the homeowners.The crew, and crew (led by George) was exceptional - beyond expectations. They covered everything with plastic and were careful ... even meticulous with the installation. They know their stuff and their installation process was impressive. It was a highly coordinated activity. We were dreading this project and they made it as stress free as you could imagine.Highly recommend. 5-stars. Great job Ultra-Windows Team.
