Vizion Windows & Doors | Tomball Window Replacement

Vizion was so easy to work with and did an amazing job with our full window replacement!! We fully renovated our house and worked with many people, and out of all that we got done, windows with Vizion were just so easy and low stress. Robby and Yolanda both answered so many questions and were always available throughout the process. Alex and the install team were so careful and did a great job touching up and cleaning up after they finished. They were all so friendly and sweet to my kids running around during the job.

The only thing I feel I need to say for anyone else overwhelmed in window research that this might help to think about- I would look into understanding the color tint on the glass (low e?). I assume it’s a necessary part of the energy efficiency feature of the windows but our house is now blue-tinted on the inside. Especially when open you can see it’s very blue and darker than natural light coming through clear glass. At least the NT vinyl presidential hung windows we got. It is like our house has sunglasses on. We just chose paint colors and flooring throughout the entire house based on the lighting we had before the window replacement and now everything looks a completely different tone with the blue hue and it’s significantly darker inside our house which is a real bummer so just factor that in if that is something that matters to you! Natural light and views matter a lot to me and I am used to clear single pane where you can look outside and it actually looks like what you'd see if you were outside. If that is you just keep that in mind. They also are very black from the outside and you can’t see inside the house from the outside (pros and cons to that feature depending on your preference) if you have them next to an existing glass door or window you are keeping it will look very different. I’ll attach pictures. No problem at all with the actual quality just thought if share if it helps anyone choosing a window type. It is a very big investment that you don’t want to regret. I’m guessing most windows these days are like this though, so I may not have had another option. I’m sure they will do a great job with the summer heat and we will appreciate that feature in other ways! Not at all their fault that we are disappointed with the tint, that is 100% on us for not checking, I just wish I had known to ask questions and do my research!

The windows are so nice that it changed the house look for the better. Robby, Yolanda, and the entire Vizion Windows team were wonderful to work with. My wife and I consulted several big box window companies around the Austin area and ultimately decided on Vizion to replace our 27 windows and could not be happier. The initial estimation process was low-stress, honest, and straightforward, which was a welcome change from the others we had worked with. Throughout the lead up to our installation, we were kept informed of our window order and were told which week the installation would begin.

Alex, the lead installer, was professional and courteous. The installation crew showed up on time and treated our house with the utmost care during and after the installation. The quality of work was extremely high, and the team even matched our exterior paint to handle a few touch up areas. Our new windows have already made a major difference in terms of temperature control, noise reduction, glass clarity, and overall functionality.

Vizion windows just replaced ALL the windows in our home and from the beginning of the process to the final install, Vizion Windows was a top notch company. They were responsive to any questions I had and showed up ON TIME every time! The crew that removed and installed my windows were so professional, personable and careful! They did not ding up or damage even one windowsill or wall. I was so impressed with their quality of work and skill. They removed every scrap of debris as they removed the old windows, cleaned and vacuumed as they worked the project and CAREFULLY cleaned and polished every window they installed! I highly recommend this family owned company! Thank you Vizion and Windows!! I will recommend you to anyone I ever hear asking for a window company!!

We just had our windows installed with Vizion and we love them!! The windows are beautiful and the crew that installed them was excellent! They covered everything in the house with plastic so it stayed clean during demo and they were very fast and efficient! Also they were super nice and friendly and always answered any questions I had. Before leaving they vacuumed the whole house and made sure everything looked nice ??
