Egress Windows Toronto

These guys know what they're doing when it comes to Egress Windows! We had 4 companies quote the work, and they were the only ones that helped provide detailed instructions to help with our Building Permit and meet the exact size requirements we needed for our very tight new window location between a gas line and AC unit. On install day, they coordinated progress photos with the Building Inspector to make sure it would be approved. Very happy with the results and it was all done in 5 hours.

As a contractor I deal with a large number of trades and sales people, my experience with Egress Window Experts was exceptional. Bill was fantastic to work with. He was pleasant and responsive to all questions. The crew that completed the installation was efficient and professional. The windows look incredible and my client is thrilled.

We are to cut out the egress windows in the basement to be compliant to the building code. Bill was very professional and efficient. He came twice to make sure everything is measured and quoted properly. He communicated timely to our questions and arrange the crew onsite in a week time. The crew is also very professional. Cutting the concrete is no small job. They covered the whole basement and remove all the debris after. All windows are done in a day. The job is well done!

RIght from the beginning Bill was so helpful and not pushy at all. When he came to give us an estimate on putting in an egress window, he was very knowledgeable and outlined the procedure, showed us pictures etc. We applied for a building permit and Bill was very responsive throughout that process when we had questions or needed information for the permit. The crew who came to do the job was excellent and cleaned up the work areas really well afterwards. We are very happy with our new window and wish we had done it sooner!

The company installed two basement windows in our unfinished basement. Bill the sales rep did a great job explaining the process and even gave us good advice on the selecting the right windows for the space. The installers Nick and Kolya professionally installed the windows in an efficient clean way. Once windows were installed they cleaned up inside and out and was respectful of our home. We even had a compliment from individuals that saw the finished work as it was done professionally, compared to other basement windows in our neighborhood. Overall, I’m happy with the finished product and would recommend the company to anyone who needs window installation.
