Had a great experience. Thought I would have to shop around for competitive pricing for windows, but when I showed my contractor the estimate, he said I had a great price. DEBBIE is very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and transparent. During and after placing the order, DEBBIE and the DWD team were responsive and great at communicating. DEBBIE IS THE ONE YOU WANT TO WORK WITH.I’m sure everyone else is great but my God! DEBBIE is helpful and knowledgeable, and when she didn’t know something she found out!We made endless revisions and even though I could tell she had an overflow of people she was working with, it always felt like we had her full attention and wereher top priority! My wife is happy so I’m happy. She worked with our contractor seamlessly and guided us through the upgrades that were worth the $ and the ones that we could forego to remain price conscious. I wish she also did other home improvement categories, I would hand her our entire project without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and save yourself money on errors and poor project planning, go to DEBBIE and work with her. Worth every penny.
