Two customers describe the service as excellent. A customer who reported curtains that were too narrow and a very long delivery delay disclosed only after payment later said a call led to a solution that fit all. Another customer says blinds were the wrong colour, the white sticks were the wrong length and two blinds were in very bad shape; they painted the blinds and made their own sticks.

Asked for purewhite blinds. Got something else and when returned was told once cut and made that pure white for wood is not possible?? Pay 1000$ for 4 blinds the wrong color and even had to return to get white sticks but then i get there , not the right length so accept different length , get home and see that 2 of them are in really bad shape and when i called they found that funny ?? So i painted blinds the color i wanted, made my own sticks and will never buy from them anymore.
