Chris Berg is exceptional. He was patient and professional at my rescheduling a couple times due to the flu. Today he talked through the pros and cons of double pane vs triple pane windows, explained the LowE glass coatings, recommended which windows to start replacing first to maximize insulation, and showed me samples of the aluminum, wood, and hardware finishes - all while keeping the house’s historic status front of mind. Give that guy a raise!
Armando and Shawn came out to service my sliding glass door. They called ahead and gave me an ETA of when they would arrive and they were precisely on time! They quickly and efficiently replaced all the seals and serviced the slider wheels. The door is looking and feeling great! These two gentlemen were professional and extremely pleasant, answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Thanks for your great work Armando and Shawn!
Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a company. We are one year in since contracting and are still living with windows that were damaged by the very installers paid to install them. They utilize subcontractors who outwardly appear to have zero experience in the industry. Beyond all the issues we had with subs, the work, the professionalism, etc the windows look TERRIBLE. All of the damaged caused by the stucco subs, then attempted coverup with a paint pen - makes our windows look like they were painted by a pre-schooler. They offered a solution which they were unable to stick to. We just want to end our now forced relationship with Pella but can't seem to get this nightmare to end. RUN - don't walk - RUN away from this company and save yourself months of not a year of headaches.Photos show how terrible the completed windows look.
Pella replaced our vintage (1984) windows with modern fiberglass-framed units. We were impressed by everyone we encountered at Pella Windows and Doors of Tucson. The new windows are great!
