I found Best Window Company at a home remodel show in Tulsa. After deciding I wanted and needed two picture windows turned into operating windows I sent an email for a quote. Price was very reasonable and they were very friendly I decided to go ahead with the project. A salesman came out to measure and I signed the contract and within 4 weeks they were out to install my new windows. Sadly I relied on what I had said not reading the contract for new picture windows they were wrong. Calling the salesman he made things right with no argument and with no extra charges. I learned a lesson in really reading contracts not relying on what I had told him amd in my email about operating windows. They returned 4 weeks later with the windows I wanted and the installers were very professional, nice and installation was quick and they left no mess. They even showed me how they lock and other features and left my house just as clean as they had found it. They even assisted me in putting back my blind clips! Amazing service and they really went above and beyond with their customer service! I can not recommend this company enough!!! Thank you so much Best Window Company!!! Truly a great company!
These are great windows with an excellent price. The installers remove all windows and installed the new window in 3 hours. The siding trim repair also was done in 3 hours. Both crews were so nice and polite and clean up everything after the install. We love the new windows They are so easy to use and energy efficient.
