Finally had to replace my 1970’s tub and tile with a shower conversion. The whole process took just 2 days and was easier than anticipated. Neal, Sherri and Vitali and Crew (my installers) all did a fantastic job of answering my questions, making suggestions and keeping me informed. I am so glad I selected Burnett Home Improvement for this project.
After attempting three separate times to replace and repair my shower wall and tub on my own, I finally decided to bite the bullet and hire the professionals... I knew exactly who to call. The same company I've trusted for my siding. Burnett has never let me down.I spoke to several people along the way, each one of them with great communication. Connie was amazing on my initial visit. I told her I didn't want anything super fancy. Just bare Bones. Boring white, she didn't pressure me to do anything more than I wanted to do but had more than enough knowledge to answer questions that I had along the way.Finally when it came time for installation, my two installers Andrea and Slavic we're fantastic. Slavic was incredibly skilled in his craft. He asked me specifically where I wanted my shelf to be the output for my tub. The output for my shower everything down to a T. They nailed the installation. I haven't seen caulk work that good in years.Could not be happier with my choice or the result. Burnett has my business for life.
