I paid over $20,000 for a patio door and they couldn't stop telling me what high-quality it was. It took forever for it to be installed than when it was and had a small edge shot of one corner in the center panel 10 days after installation when I came back from vacation the entire panel was broken. You could tell it was from something other than an object hitting it because there was no spiderweb out of it. I called Pella. They said it wasn't under warranty of course made me give them $700 down. For a new panel. The panel cost $1200. Twice they promised to deliver that the first time they said the panel that came in from the factory was broken. So much for strong glass. So they re-ordered it they just came in and told me they will not install it unless I pay them another $1200. I cannot believe this company in the way they act
We initially met with Don Treat, Pella windows Tulsa to learn more about Pella’s folding door systems. From the start, Don was engaging, knowledgeable, and gracious with his time. As we were leaving that first meeting, he mentioned that he would be happy to provide a bid for our new home build window package. We explained that we had already ordered windows from a competitor, and Don responded with nothing but professionalism and kindness, saying that if anything changed, he’d gladly help.As it turned out, we learned from our builder that our window order had not yet been placed. I immediately called Don, and within a day of sending him our home plans, he provided a detailed bid. From that point forward, he has been exceptional. Don worked tirelessly to help us refine our ideas, offered thoughtful recommendations, and brought a level of knowledge and responsiveness that truly set him apart from others we’ve worked with during this project.Since then, we’ve met with him again, and each time his expertise with Pella products has been evident. He has been easy to reach, quick to respond, and proactive in working directly with our builder. Our builder has also shared with us how incredible Don has been to coordinate with. Don has even assisted with last-minute additions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He’s gone so far as to offer guidance for our framers to ensure proper preparation for our large sliding door system.Ultimately, Don not only sold us nearly $90K worth of windows and doors—he gave us confidence in our decisions and helped us achieve the look we envisioned for our home. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care for his clients are impressive and rare.We wish Don continued success. Brandon Warthan was so incredibly helpful. This is our 2nd time to use Pella and Brandon and they did an amazing job both times. From the first meeting and measurements to the installation - the experience was nothing less than 5 ??We had some extreme requests and they exceeded everyone and met all of our expectations and could t be happier with the product and service!!
We have tried to get new doors for about 3 years. We have an odd entry and it tookSomeone taking time to make the proper decision to make the new door perfect. Justin took the time to come out look at Pinterest and advise us on the design that would look best on our house. Justin was amazing and in my opinion deserves a raise or bonus for the above and beyond measure he too for us! I would completely recommend Pella for the door replacement ask for Justin! We are so happy with the company and the door itself.
We had Pella come out when we were considering replacing four windows (two which were boarded up) and one door that were all in bad shape.From the second Tyler came to check things out, everyone in the the company has been knowledgeable, flexible, respectful and professional. Tyler was great and patient answering emails about every question we had, the installers got everything done in one day with a wonderful attitude and total clean-up. Even the woman on the phone that called me to schedule the install was wonderful. We hope to be able to replace more windows with Pella in the future!
