We recently had windows installed on our screened porch. They have enabled us to enjoy our porch any time, regardless of the outside temperature. The installation was completed in one day, and the installers were very professional and polite. They kept the job site clean throughout the process. I would highly recommend Window Depot of Tyler to anyone who is thinking of purchasing windows. We think we got a good job at a reasonable price.

How nice is it to get on and leave a genuinely fabulous review. Truly, one of the best experiences I’ve had with people working on my house. Mark and his crew were so professional, respectful and nice. They made it easy and did a fabulous job. Now let me tell you, I love love these windows. Not only are they saving money on electricity, they are so clear! It’s like looking at an HDTV. Great quality, great people, great company, and just an all-around great experience. Thank you guys! Can’t recommend them enough.

We had a great experience with Window Depot. The owner Mark Pritchard came out and gave us the estimate and explained everything very well and was not pushy for us to make a decision. The installers Marcus, Gabe, Jayden and Justin arrived on Tuesday morning and began the work. They were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient and cleaned up as they went. We had 16 windows and they completed them in one and half days. So if you are thinking about getting windows then you should most definitely give Mark a call.

I had a 45 foot wide wall of French doors. They were old and hard to open and ugly. The people at Window Depot USA gave me a quote that was literally 90% less than Renewal by Anderson. I had 4 sets of double doors with windows in between installed. It only took about 3 weeks for my doors to get delivered and they got them installed in 2 days. I cant say enough about how nice Mark and his crew are. They did a terrific job on the doors and windows. The installation exceeded my expectations. They cleaned up every speck of debris from my yard when they finished and hauled off all the old doors. The doors and windows are beautiful. The workmanship was excellent. I could not be more pleased.
