So very impressed and delighted with our new windows. SoCal Window Pros were TOP NOTCH in service and product. From the 1st call to them to begin the process it was so easy and convenient. David was our contact and project manager. He explained and brought a variety of price points and options for us to choose from. Living in Long Beach there are many options for purchasing new windows and installation. We referred to Yelp to help us choose who to call 1st. So pleased we did, the excellent reviews were definitely deserved. The installer showed up on time and within a few hours our bedroom windows were removed and replaced with new ones. His attention to detail, cleanliness and tidiness while he worked were much appreciated and unexpected! I literally had NO cleaning to do when he was finished.

We highly recommend this great company. Their customer service and support were great and thorough. The product looks beautiful and we are satisfied completely with the pricing and quality. We will be using them in the future when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.

We recently had two new Anlin sliding doors installed and were very satisfied with how the entire process was handled. It started with the owner coming to our home with actual samples so we could see the product in person, which was much better than looking at a brochure. He was great to work with and very willing to negotiate to get us a deal we were happy with.

The communication was excellent—they were extremely fast to respond when we had questions about the energy efficiency tax credit. As for the install, the crew was very professional and respectful of our property, making sure the work area was thoroughly cleaned up before they left. So Cal windows did an excellent job from start to finish. The consultation was appropriate and I got a very clear understanding of what would be done. Jack was great and walked me through everything so it was easy to understand. All of the scheduling was done seamlessly and the day of the installation- the team was prompt and got things going bright and early.
They all did a fantastic job and answered my questions and took every level of care to remove the sliding doors and windows to be replaced. The new doors and windows are a huge improvement and look great! They really open up the rooms nicely and are more sturdy than their predecessors.
I’d highly recommend this team and I’m pleased with the results.
I feel that this is worth the investment—Not to mention the amazing double lifetime warranty! Thanks, So Cal windows!

SoCal Window Pros was my first quote for 2 new patio doors and 2 windows. I fully intended to get multiple quotes, but when Alex came in under the number I had in mind, I signed the contract right then. The custom materials were ready sooner than estimated, and I was able to have them installed in time for Thanksgiving.

Install day was better than expected. With rain in the forecast, they hustled to get the job done. Floors and furniture were covered with drop cloths, and the crew was so polite and efficient. The installation was complete before the rain came, and I’m extremely happy with the experience, start to finish.

My husband and I are first time homeowners. Our home had single pane windows; we knew we had to upgrade to help minimize outside noise (specifically airplanes because we live close to the airport) and improve the temperature of the home. We first met with David to discuss our options. He was friendly, professional, patient, and explained the different types of windows so well. We appreciated this because we had no clue about what to look for. We ended up going with the Anlin brand, purchasing 2 sliding doors and 5 windows. Jack then came to take final measurements, while Alex kept us posted on our appointments; both were a pleasure to work with. The installation team, under Herman, were efficient and respectful of our home. They managed to install it all in 1 day and did a fantastic job. Since then, we’ve noticed significant sound reduction and our home feels a lot cooler. It’s also so much more nicer looking than the old dingy windows we had before. Below are just a few pictures of their work.
