We ordered two sliding doors from two different manufacturers for our renovation. And had issues with both. All Weather Architectural Aluminum was able to resolve the issue that our distributor (who sold us the sliding doors) refused to take responsibility for. The distributor blamed our installer and our installer blamed the products. I contacted All Weather Architectural Aluminum, and luckily found out that they are a local manufacturer in Northern California. They were able to figure out the issue and a fix! Meanwhile, we are still having the issue with the other well known manufacturer of sliding doors. We are in our second phase of renovation and we will definitely be buying all of our needs from our local, made in the USA, All Weather Architectural Aluminum manufacturer. Plus the service techs who came to our home were very professional and prompt. Thank you.

The shipping department has always been amazing. The communication and level professionalism has been by far the best in the industry. (I give the drivers a 5-star rating) simply the best!!!!!
The Top-Notch Service Department has always been extremely helpful with clearly explaining the proper path needed to complete the required services needed. The Service dept. gives more than just Customer Service, they give a certain level of hospitality. I personally thank Stephanie for all the hard work that she applies to make life easier for others. New construction build about two years old, and have a panel that shattered randomly. A quick google search showed that occasionally this can happen from contaminates in the manufacturing process although a rare occurrence. I’d had hoped it’d be a pretty easy process of getting a replacement.

Passed this info back to this manufacturer who’s decided to not stand by their product or warranty any portion of it. Unfortunate as we used a lot of their product in the build.
