I received three quotes before deciding on United Glass & Window. I got a great deal on (2) window retrofits, removed a window, changed the size of a window and new sliding door. Windows and door were done in a single day and all the stucco patch was also done in a day. Very happy with the price and service.

Order windows/patio doors on 3/23/17 and as of 8/28/17 still no windows/patio doors or can tell me when the windows/patio doors were ordered. I have been asking for over a month for this information. I finally had enough and requested my 50% down payment back got the check at 4:30 took it to United Glass's bank to cash it and guess what? No funds to cover my 50% down payment refund. I went directly back to the shop at 4:50 and of course shop was closed but they normally don't close until 5:00. I have Robert Ryan Stanley's direct number and of course he will not return my calls. Do not do any business with this company as I think they are committing FRAUD !!!!! Floating 50% down payments to complete other jobs!!!!
