0 stars, I gave them a month to get me a peace of glass and never got it. Originally told me it was going to take 4 business days then they said another week then that the glass broke during shipping and last excuse a month later was that the vendor sent the wrong peace of glass and they had no idea when they could get it in. I would not recommend this place. 0 stars.
Our window frames were in good shape, so we just replaced the glass and screens. Vacaville Glass did an awesome job, thanks to Leo and his crew. We chose to not have the grid in the glass. Best decision ever. The window look much larger.
My wife and I just had a glass door for our walk-in shower installed and all the windows replaced in our home. From start to finish we couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service was second to none, and Leo and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. We would highly recommend Vacaville glass.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I just had a great experience andfelt like I should take the time to at least thank Vacaville Glass, wehad a problem with vandalism and needed windows replaced quickly forsecurity reasons. Megan understood the issues I was dealing with and shehad Leo out the same day getting measurements and had things undercontrol from that point so I was able to focus on other issues. 5Stars!!
