I contacted this company on Friday, August 29th, to request a same-day repair. I called in the morning, was told they could come later that morning, and I even sent photos to confirm the repair details. They provided a price, which I agreed to.Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups throughout the day, I only received vague text replies like “I’ll let you know when I’m coming.” I had a tenant wait all day for them, and they never showed up nor informed me they weren’t attending.Extremely unprofessional and unreliable experience. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
A rogue rock cracked my front door window and I needed a repair ASAP. I called 24/7 Glass and the same day Sam showed up to prep the window and ordered the glass for me. Within a few days he had everything ready to go and installed it. He made sure to double check his work, let me check his work and he cleaned up his work area. A fair price and a very solid guy. Highly recommend giving him a call for any work you need. Thanks Sam.
