Our experience with North Pacific Window and Glass was more than positive, it was exceptional! From the home visit, examination and estimate to the professional, detailed installation, we were more than impressed. Their team provided us a real comfort level from the start. There was no 'up-selling' and we were impressed with the integrity, honesty and professionalism evident from the start. We replaced an aged sliding glass door on our 30 year old craftsman built home. Their installation team (Dan, Cawston and Jordan) represented the company and their product with pride. They were efficient, hard working and really cared that their work was first class. They made sure that we were fully briefed on the product and they stood behind their work. This company represents team work, loyalty and pride in their product and work. I went with a different window manufacturer for our new build and we unfortunately we ended up having a lot of quality control issues with them during the install. After many weeks of back and forth with the original window supplier, I decided to reach out to Scott and his team to see if they could assist.He sent out one of his installers the very next day and made adjustments to every one of the previously installed windows which stopped a lot of the air leakage issues we were having. Scott and the team was very professional and knowledgable!
From the moment we were introduced to the North Pacific team we knew this was the place to buy the windows for our new home. Scott was so knowledgeable and over the top helpful! He even took us to another home where we could see examples of the Innotech windows in a home close to our build that was being renovated. This was so helpful. in making our decision as to what window "brand" to use. We have big beautiful, high quality windows that allow us, family, and friends to enjoy our beautiful view. Simply the best. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product. The two installers were friendly, professional and left the job site immaculate. We had two sets of sliding glass doors replaced and will surely be back for more window replacements.Thank you North Pacific!
