Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praised the speed of the work; one said a broken window was fixed on short notice, and another was happy with the outcome and speed. One customer appreciated next-day replacement of a Ford Edge rear passenger window and Reza’s help cleaning glass from the car interior; another reported incomplete cleanup after a collapsed glass roof, with shards still present, and described the communication as ill-mannered.

Disappointed by the very poor job done to clean up glass that had fallen onto the floor from the glass roof that had collapsed. The clean up was left incomplete with glass not properly cleaned, still dealing with shards all over. And the manner in communication was also very ill-mannered.

I’m a new customer and appreciated that Reza was able to come over the very next day to replace my Ford Edge’s rear passenger window. He was quick, professional, and I’ll be calling him again if I need help! Note if your car window was smashed, Reza is able to clean the glass from your interior. I don’t have a shop vac, so it was a tremendous help.

I would give 10+ stars if I could! Reza was absolutely amazing, he was so kind, polite and professional. He came and fixed my broken window within such short notice, he did an amazing job and I was blown away by his kindness. This morning I felt upset due to the unfortunate situation of my window being broken - within an hour of his service I actually left feeling positive and beyond thankful. I would do this all over again only because it was such a pleasant and re-assuring experience. Thank you Reza!

My car door glass got broken into and it was just a mess. I was hesitant with taking my car anywhere since it’s a Benz and not everyone has the experience to work on it. However I did come across Trust Glass and by reading their reviews I was more than comfortable letting them do my glass. Reza came to my house and that itself was awesome because the rain didn’t let me take my car to him. I am more than happy with the work done Reza was very experienced with import cars. I definitely recommend him and his crew to do all of your glass work they do residential and commercial work.

I've used their services 3 times now. Once for our broken bedroom window glass and twice for my husband's car because we needed a windshield and a door glass because it was vandalized. Very happy with the outcome, and speed. Definitely will be using them again if necessary. Thank you Trust Glass team.
