We just had our new windows installed from Ecotech, and the difference is incredible! They look beautiful, the quality and craftsmanship are obvious the moment you see them. Nick and Vitalli were exceptional throughout the entire process—punctual, professional, and meticulous with their work! They treated our home with care and made sure everything was done perfectly. We recently had 21 openings replaced in our home — 19 windows, a front door, and a sliding door — completed by Vitaliy and his team, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived right on time and immediately gave us confidence that we were in good hands. Vitaliy clearly identified himself as the crew lead, walked us through the process, and made sure we felt comfortable with what to expect throughout the day. The team got straight to work and operated efficiently and professionally. Even though it was a snowy day, they made a strong effort to keep the house as clean as possible, which we really appreciated. The entire job was completed in just under eight hours — faster than we anticipated given the size of the project — and the results exceeded our expectations. The overall look of the house has completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation. I would absolutely recommend Ecotech and Vitaliy and his team to anyone considering window or door replacement. We had our doors installed today by Alen Nadyrov and he did an amazing job!! He is very professional, efficient and extremely polite. We love our new windows and doors!! They are functional, energy efficient and totally improved our curb appeal. Jacob has been an incredible representative. He is professional, thorough and replies very quickly. He made sure our many requests were met and the installation was done on time. Vitaliy and his installation team were also incredible. This is our 3rd time we have purchased windows/doors from Scott (incredible sales rep). Max and Alex did an exceptional job replacing our door. They were both very pleasant and very professional. While they were installing the door, they did encounter a couple of issues, however they were able to problem solve and together they came up with the best solution and outcome. Max and Alex care about the client (they asked for our opinion a couple of times and explained in detail of anything they may have encountered). They both have excellent skills and fantastic workmanship. They do not rush just to get the job done. They were very meticulous to ensure the best end result and that it would be perfect….and yes the end result is perfect. I have included before and after pictures.
