Alex said the warranty is 25 years. Customers do get loyalty discount. All windows materia and frames are sturdy. I research the window sealing, it is extreme weather resistant. Alex and his team have been wonderful from beginning to end. I originally did the front door and main floor windows of my house. The transom had an issue that we both spotted while on a call. And this is where I have nothing but praise. Alex very quickly took accountability, resolved the issue without a hitch, strengthened our relationship and I then proceeded to change the remaining windows and a new sliding door for my third floor, all based on this interaction. Problems arise in any business, but it’s the accountability that is key. That is great customer service. When I do the exterior siding of my house in the spring, there is no doubt which company will get my business! Thank Alex and team!
