And this is where I have nothing but praise. Alex very quickly took accountability, resolved the issue without a hitch, strengthened our relationship and I then proceeded to change the remaining windows and a new sliding door for my third floor, all based on this interaction.Problems arise in any business, but it’s the accountability that is key.
