Magic window did an amazing job. Very happy with the quality of work and all of the installation crew. From time they started; putting down drop cloths everywhere, to cleaning up (including vacuuming, taking all old windows and garbage with them), to swiftering floor where needed.
I can tell they were all very well trained. I would recommend Magic to anyone.
Photos are: Original windows, prep to finish install(including spray foam and red tape), interior finished with primed wood trim and last is exterior finish.
I would have given them 5 stars, however we had some struggles with the contract and corrections to the point where we considered cancelling the order had it not been fear of losing our deposit. So we were on pins and needles for awhile.

Miki and Christopher were awesome. They were on time, chill, professional and explained the process step by step throughout the day. They placed mats and brought an industrial vacuum because it will get pretty messy. We’ve changed the patio door and two large windows in about 5.5 hrs time. I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for high end window replacements. Please see attached photos for before and after comparisons

We are loving our new Magic windows the built in retractable blinds and screens are fantastic, our home is so much brighter and cozier now, even the traffic noise level from outside has disappeared. We got the Magic Window wall in the french door layout back in May. Overall the whole thing was fair. We were expecting a bit more of a premium experience considering the price.

Sales was great. We had a very good rep who explained the window wall, pricing options, and overall good demeanour. We were surprised though at how much it was going to cost to replace our traditional sliding patio door. After a few weeks of back and forth an agreement was in place and we waited for our installation date. Here Magic Windows is good in keeping you up to date on the various stages of having your product built.

Installation date arrived and the two technicians were friendly and did a good job of explaining things with the door after they were done. Job was done on time and they cleaned up afterwards. However, we didn't notice that there were scratches along the borders of both doors, that the door was taking too much effort to close properly for locking, and that some of the foam insulation had burst out from the caulking that had been put around the frame. These were noticed after they left. I called the company and at first they said they wouldn't be able to come for three weeks at which point I made it clear that the door had just been installed and that it should be fixed and looked at ASAP. The techs returned to fix the foam leaking but it took another few days before another tech could come and inspect the closing of the door and scratches.

The tech was able to adjust the door but when we looked at the scratches he said that this would require the factory to make new ones to match the colour. He also didn't finish adjusting the doors because it was going to require new re-adjustments once the new frames were in. So for six weeks we had to work with a door that wouldn't always latch and close properly. Once the new date for the return visit was scheduled in July, the techs were able to put our glass into the new frames that had been built as well as adjust and fix the closing of the two doors. Everything worked perfectly after this last visit and we've been happy with the results since.

Would I recommend Magic to other customers? Maybe. This thing was EXPENSIVE. But they seem to be the only company that offers something like it. It looks beautiful in our backyard but for the price we paid, we should not have had the installations, delays, and manufacturing issues we encountered. We were fortunate that their office is just down the street from us so they were able to help us out fairly quickly. But if in the future it takes weeks before a tech can come out to fix a problem that would be problematic. I hope that Magic Windows can learn from our installation and ensure that others don't experience something similar.
