Total Home Windows and Doors

I recently entered into and completed a window contract with the team at Total Home Windows and Doors, the scope of the contract was large, as we replaced all windows in the entire home as well as front and rear entry doors and side doors. Eugene, the Project Manager and the man in charge of sales and quotes is most knowledgeable, he spent all the time that was required to review our entire home, and provided a quote that was prompt and readily understandable. He presented all options for the products, and most certainly did not apply any pressure tactics. In short, he knows his stuff! We confirmed the contract, and most importantly, the promised dates of delivery and installation were honored. We had to educate ourselves on the cost of new windows, and having done so, I was more than satisfied that Total Home has the fairest prices in the market place. When it came time for installation, Valeri (Val) and his crew were also exceptional. Even in the cold days of December and this January, Val and his crew worked tirelessly and diligently to complete the installation. It was honestly like watching an orchestra in motion, with their focus and organization so impressive. They were also neat and courteous, and answered all of our questions. A big contract for windows involves at least some part of taking a leap of faith, we have all heard stories of poor outcomes with contractors and suppliers. With Total Home, there were no surprises, no problems, no delays and you can be assured that your trust and faith in them is very well placed. They are excellent at communication and coordination and I am sure if there are any after installation issues that they will continue with excellence. We had just replaced our windows and patio door with Total Home last week ,I couldn’t be happier with the results! good quality windows and unbeatable price! The installation was great and flawless! especially thanks the sale reps. Cherry drove from a long distance to my house gave me quote and answer all my questions and advice with patience ,also she is very professional! Thanks Oleh and Vitaliy they did an excellent job! During the installation the trim job in the basement window was challenging , but Oleh did it with precision! I really like all of the windows and look so beautiful! Patio door looks fabulous! highly recommended!

We just had our windows installed this week. Installation was done the exact week as promised by the owner of the company, who came over initially and gave us his pricing. We are very happy with the work. Said, Eugene and the entire crew were polite, they did a meticulous job and cleaned up leaving everything spotless. Said, the crew supervisor was there every minute overseeing everything, to finish the job with attention to all the details. The windows are good quality which was important to us, look great and modernized the look of the house. We would definitely recommend this company and already have told our friends about them.
