When I contacted windowsville for an initial quote, I was presently surprised with their intention to detail. They were very professional and quick to get me back information that I had requested. Once we decided to go with the company, I was impressed with how not only they sent out a sales representative to measure the door, but a second representative to verify the measurements. The father-son duo that installed the doors were professional, courteous, skilled, and the attention to detail was remarkable. They went over and above to make sure the job was done correctly. Unfortunately due to weather and the holidays there was a slight delay in getting our door in, but that is understandable with the time of year we ordered the door. It should be noted that it took approximately 10 weeks after we sent our deposit for the doors to be ready for installation. We will definitely use this company in the future.
