This is the greatest doors and windows around. When I went in to talk to someone the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got what I was looking for and the installers are wonderful. They got them installed in a timely manner and the cleaned up was spotless. This is the best Door and Window place in Ventura County. I love my new windows and doors. The Salesperson was extremely helpful, and the installers were great. Nothing like new windows. My home is sparkling now. Everyone should go to The Door Outlet. :)
I was shocked at our experience today. We went looking to see if they had a pocket door in their showroom (they are an authorized dealer), and were treated like we were ridiculous for asking. No attempt to answer any questions, just told we had to order it. Essentially, we were made to feel foolish for bothering the counter person during their open hours.
We recently purchased a set of replacement exterior doors, and working with Ryan was a fantastic experience. He was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He walked us through all our options with complete transparency and straightforward advice, making the decision-making process seamless. On top of that, he ensured the doors were delivered quickly. Ryan came recommended by a Santa Barbara hardware store, and we’re so grateful they pointed us in his direction. I can’t recommend Door Outlet enough!
