Raymond and his team did an amazing job on my house. I called them because of their reviews and I’m very glad I did. Communication was on point and Raymond was available to answer all of my questions. They installed 15 windows and 1 door and they came out great! Raymond does look very young but he’s great at what he does and is knowledgeable. Will recommend.
We had three appointments before deciding who to chose to replace our windows. First one kept moving the dates for the appointment, second was very high in price and luckily the third one was Sivan Windows and Doors. The representative, Raymond Alvarez was on time, and exceeded our expectation. He took his time to answer any questions we had, explain every step and in top of that gave us a favorable quote we were happy to see. We decided right away and the entire experience was great from the beginning to the end. they kept in touch and informed about the progress and we did not have to wait a long time to get the windows from the manufacturer. Within a week after that we schedule the installation. It took a little longer then expected, there were only two installers for eight windows and it took all day but they did very good work without creating a mess. During the entire process we got a few calls from the company and Raymond to see how the work is going and if we need anything. Great customer service which is difficult to find these days.Raymond followed up with a visit a week later to look at the windows and see if we were satisfied and have any questions. I hope this Company is the same with all customers and if they are, I totally recommend them. I would also strongly recommend Raymond if you want to have a great experience. We are very happy with our windows so far.
I have never put a positive review in before I got service. I'm doing it now. That's how sure I am about this company. I priced many companies and Raymond was the only one who followed through and communicated with me. I know I must have driven him nuts! I will keep you posted, but I'm glad I chose this company. I had a lot hesitation when The sales guy Raymond came over, but I’m glad I ended up choosing them. Even though they weren’t the lowest to start Raymond worked reallly hard to get the manufacturers to be competitive in pricing. He saved me a lot of time shopping around. The process was long but Raymond kept me up to date every step of the way. The windows came out great! Would recommend.
Sivan windows did a great job replacing my old windows. They were referred by my neighbor. I met with Raymond that made the process easy. I had 2 other estimates, but since I wanted to work with Sivan Raymond was able to beat them. Installers were clean. Great company
