VERY friendly. But left me waiting 5 hours for a a quote on a 11x19 piece of glass. Im traveling which i believe i mentioned its raining and im trying to get this window fixed on my canopy covering all my gear. In the time i was waiting for this quote i was looking for another shop. By the time i found a shop that could help me they were 10 minutes till close. So i have to wait another day in town because i waited on h&l to long hoping they would call me back “asap” as promised.
I ended up with a small rock chip in the base of my brand new windshield here in Vernon. I called over to H&L Glass and they managed to fit me in immediately. They were able to look after the chip accordingly, and had me on my way within 15min.The service here with these folks, right from my phone call into the shop until I pulled out of their yard was remarkable. Friendly, courteous and efficient! So refreshing in this day & age, and so very much appreciated!!

Reached out to have a mirror made for our bathroom reno. They returned my request the same day with a super reasonable quote . Once the bathroom was ready they were able to make and hang the mirror within 3 days and it turned out perfect . Couldn’t be happier with the experience .
