Gloria Craig on Okanagan Glass

Okanagan Glass went above and beyond for us. They were unable to complete replacing a broken window at our home so they made arrangements with another glass company to do this. They gave us the sealed unit so we only had to pay for installation. Thank you Okanagan Glass. Gloria Craig

Ray Dobson on Okanagan Glass

Brought my motor home in to have a new windshield installed. After paying the bill, I got halfway to the vehicle when the employee who did the work came along side me and said "you need a new driver's side mirror". I thought I misheard him, so I replied "what was that?". He repeated "you need a new driver's side mirror". I then responded "why would I need a new mirror". He then said "I moved the vehicle and hit a post". He then proceeded to the mirror and literally ripped off the broken piece of mirror. He then said "get it fixed and bring us the bill and we will reimburse you". He then walked away, but when he was about 10' away he said, over his shoulder, "if I have time I"ll see if I can find the part". This is the total conversation between us. Not once did he apologize or say he was sorry, and the whole time he acted with attitude towards me, as if it was my fault. I had to drive the motor home home with no side mirror, obviously very dangerous. I removed the mirror and discovered that the plastic housing that the mirror attaches to was also damaged (not just the glass). I went online but realized I had better phone the manufacturer of the mirror because it was a little ambiguous as to the product I should order. I placed the order and then a week later the same OK Glass employee phoned me to say "I've got you part, bring in the unit and I'll install it". I responded "You told me to fix it, so I have already ordered the part". He then said "ok, by the way, how much did it cost"? I said "I don't know the exact cost, but I think a little over $200". His response was "woh"! I knew from his response that he had only ordered the glass. I have since found a fairly large grease stain on the driver's floor mat that I will have to deal with. I have dealt with OK Glass a number of times over the years, but never again.
