Big City Glass

Bruce and his team from Big City Glass were wonderful to work with. From the initial quote to the finished job, we were kept informed along the way and the job was completed efficiently and at an affordable price. Very happy with the glass replacement of our windows. Thank you for the excellent service! Highly recommend!

Having people working in your house can make us nervous, Bruce and his team were lovely. They are genuinely good people, double checked our place before installation day, explained how the process would go and what they needed to make the whole thing go smoothly, including what we could do to make room for the installers who would be working inside, and outside, the house. Van Isle Windows subcontracted Bruce and his team at Big City Glass to install our new windows. The windows were perfectly installed by Bruce and his lovely team at Big City Glass over a period of one and a half days, and they look and work great! We highly recommend Bruce and the Big City Glass team. Thanks again Bruce!

Our old windows were ancient, and needed to be replaced. Big City Glass provided a quote super quickly, got all the materials within a couple of weeks, as well as advised us on which windows looked sealed and didn't need replacing. When the install was happening the crew was super accommodating (I work from home, and they were kind enough to focus their efforts in other rooms when I was on a call), and made sure the cats stayed in. As part of the replacement, they did the exterior and interior trim, and made sure everything looked nice before they left. These folks are great, and I recommend them to anyone who needs glass work done!
