Pacific View Windows & Doors - Victoria

I rarely ever write a review for services, partly because so many services dealing with home Reno’s and retrofits almost always have problems, not with Pacific View though!! I even called their General Manager to give Kudos about two installers who put in my new front foot and side lite. The installers were two guys who really worked well as a team. Their names were Glen and Rennel. Highlights for me; -they were meticulously clean (left my front entry cleaner than the way they found it) -they were very efficient and paid attention to every little challenge that arose. -They worked quickly, it was pretty cold outside the day the came but they utilized a number of skills and “tricks of the trade” to minimize what otherwise would have made the install pretty uncomfortable. -tGlen and Rennel were the friendliest and most polite/respectful people I’ve met on a Reno job (and I’ve had dozens during my major condo renovation. In ally, I can’t recommend this outfit highly enough. Ask for Rennel and Hlen as installers if you can. You will not regret it!!!

Really impressed with Pacific View from start to finish! Blair gave us a great overview of the window options in the showroom and was quick to come out to do some measurements and provide a quote. Within a couple weeks, we had the windows ordered. I was expecting 10-12 weeks, but it only took half that time for the windows to come in and schedule the install. The install process was quick and seamless. The install team was great - very knowledgeable, friendly, provided options and discussed the tricky parts of retrofitting windows into an old house, and left no mess. I'll definitely be recommending Pacific View to anyone who needs new windows! Thanks again!

Rick and his team are the very best. Our windows were installed efficiently and the work site left clean. The installers were the nicest guys. Very polite and made sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work. We love our new windows and so pleased that we chose Pacific View Windows.

Installation of Sundeck Cover: Ordered a aluminum deck roof, our south facing deck gets extremely hot in the summer and often not usable, this will now provide shade in the summer when the sun is high and still allow light and sun to shine in during the winter. Allowing use in the spring and fall, and keeping us dry while BBQing all year. Parts took a while to come in like anything else these days so give yourself a few months minimum for parts to arrive and then a few weeks to a month for install arranging. The install only took a day and a half total with three men working on it, Blair and his crew are friendly, hardworking, precise with their measuring and they work all day without breaks, something you don’t see often these days. Please allow them a washroom to use as lately they are hard to find and it wastes a lot of time driving to look for one delaying your installation timeframe. The finished product looks great, handles the snow and wind as they design it for your area and snow load. Quotes were par with the other few companies that do this and they stand by their work. A quick hello to Mike and his colleague who brought a little humour to the day in the cold while sparing a little time to chat with me when finishing up the project. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Thankyou

The PacificView team did an incredible job replacing the old windows and large sliding patio door in our 70's Gulf Island home. Not only were they competitively priced with fantastic product, but their knowledge and professionalism can't be beat. Blair, an owner and installer, took the time to walk me through every aspect of the project in advance of the final estimate. I knew exactly what the challenges were (our place is quirky and a little crooked) and what to expect upon completion. He managed and exceeded my expectations. The other two companies quoting our project never said a word. The windows and doors are beautiful, the project was completed on time, their communication fabulous, and the house neatly cleaned upon their departure. We are thrilled! Sorry, the photos don't do the 13 windows justice - trim still to come!
