I had to leave a review, because I was really impressed with service we received today. Unfortunately, there are underlying issues we were unaware of, so we were not able to move forward. The gentleman that came out for consultation was Garland, and he did a wonderful job in thoroughly explaining what needed to be done and made us aware of the issues that needed to be addressed. We had an awesome experience with The Glass Doctor!! Nikki and Summer were so helpful when we stopped by to.talk about ordering a shower door for our newly remodeled bathroom. The whole process was so easy and everyone we dealt with was very professional and kind. Hunter came out to measure and answered all our questions. He and Eric did a great job installing our glass panels and shower door. The manager, Scott, helped us so much...went out of his way to order the exact door we wanted and make sure we were happy with our choice. I was ready to buy and install a new window! Thank God Window World referred me to the Glass Doctor for this fix. Literally, they made the pane that night and installed it in 20 minutes the next day! I am in awe of this type of service. I didn't realize a shattered pane could be fixed in this way. It saved us hundreds of dollars and time! I definitely would recommend them to everyone!
