I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. John Conner from Paramount Builders to discuss siding options for my home, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, John demonstrated professionalism by arriving on time for our scheduled appointment. In today's busy world, punctuality speaks volumes about a person's respect for their clients, and John set a positive tone right away. He came prepared, organized, and ready to walk me through the process without washing a single minute. During our consultation, John provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to carefully check the exterior of my home and thoroughly explained the different siding options available. Rather than rushing through a sales pitch he focused on educating me. He explained the difference in materials, durability, insulation benefits, maintenance requirements, color options, and warranty coverage in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated how patient he was when answering my questions. He never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. What stood out most was his attention to detail and his genuine interest in helping me. His knowledge of Paramount Builders products and installation process gave me confidence that the work would be done correctly and professionally. Thank you John for your friendly and respectful demeanor that made the entire experience comfortable and informative.

Evan and George did a fabulous job. They completed two bathrooms in three days. Their workmanship was outstanding and they were really nice people, too. They were clean, organized and consulted with us along the way. I’m so happy and proud of our remodeled, modern bathrooms. Chola and Jessica were great to work with too! Thank you all!

Very pleased with Paramount Builders. We hired them to install 15 new windows and new siding for our home. We were looking to make our home look nicer, have energy efficiency, and get a good price. They offered the best price, and although we didn't think we needed triple-pane windows, we were sold when we saw how little heat could get through. The crews who installed everything were efficient, showed up on time, and cleaned up. The window crew had to come inside and were very respectful, changing shoes each time to not track dirt inside. The office staff kept me up to date on when supplies would be here and worked around my schedule. They also offered a financing plan that allowed me to enjoy the look of my home now and not have to pay until later. I've seen the commercials on TV and they can say anything they want in an ad. But Paramount Builders came through on all their promises. Very professional crew from the salesman who was honest and didn't try to use fluff to make a sale, to the friendly office staff, to the people who did the actual work on my home. And if you think they are too far away . . . We live in Northern Gloucester and never had an issue of them being on time even coming from VA Beach. If you need work done on your home, certainly call Paramount Builders!

The salesman was knowledgeable, informative and personable. He matched new window to windows previously installed which were in good condition. The installers did a great job! I have a lot of wood trim in my home and they replaced windows without damaging any of the wood. They were neat and cleaned up everything behind themselves.

The technician arrived 30 minutes early. The began immediately to demo the old door. They did an outstanding job trying to keep the mess to a minimum. It took four men a total of four hours, from start to finish, to get the new door installed professionally and efficiently. The lead was considerate to ask about my coax cable for my internet service, they did conceal the cable, better than it was when they began. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I received. My wife absolutely loves her new patio door. It definitely adds value to our home. Thank you Paramount Builders Inc.
