Everyone I spoke with from Window World was incredible; from the salesperson, Andrew Clore, to the office personnel, Jackie, and then the installers Ian and Steve (they were down a man and still finished in record time). My neighbor was so impressed that she asked for their card. I can’t recommend them enough. I had a bad experience with another company, so Window World was a breath of fresh air??

We had windows installed for our entire house! The team was phenomenal! From start to finish they were great! We had a few issues with rotten wood/damage but that wasn’t a deterrent. The work was completed as scheduled & sooner than we expected! KUDOS on a job well done by a great team of guys ~ John’s crew was professional & kind! We had 15 double hung windows replaced in our home that was constructed in 1967. The installation only took half a day. From initial email requesting a free estimate to today’s installation of all new windows we couldn’t be happier with Window World of Tidewater. Price was lower than some other area companies and there was NO pressure or gimmicks to get us under contract. Good communication throughout the project.
Where Window World of Tidewater excelled was installation. The 3 man crew of Ian, Steve, and Preston arrived on time and after a quick walk through, they hit the ground running. They obviously had worked together before and had a system that was efficient and productive. The crew cleaned up after themselves as they went and was very respectful of our property. Each team member was personable and engaged in conversations with us during the entire installation. We were amazed of their skill taking out the old windows, often time addressing and overcoming issues encountered from previous install shortcuts, and quickly getting the new windows in. Their workmanship was top notch and I am jealous of each of their caulking skill.
The windows have reduced outside noise and will no doubt improve insulation.
