We purchased replacement windows from Pelican Glass 10+ years ago. We had had several companies come out and bid on the job, but we were not impressed. Pelican Glass had the best price, and we dealt directly with the owner. At the time we were told that we had a lifetime warranty on the windows for breakage. Well, we recently had to take them up on the offer! Our sliding glass window broke and they replaced it free of charge! Communication was outstanding! I’m so glad that we chose Pelican Glass to replace our windows and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
This company is awesome! I am so glad I picked them to install 5 windows and two sliding doors in my condo in December. When we encountered a dry rot problem under the sill of the two sliders, they brought a crew in to repair the area and make it good as new. These guys are very professional and if I could give the 10 stars, I would.In February I had to schedule them to coming back as they couldn’t put the interior molding on the sliders until after the floor contractor finished the floors. In late February, they sent Eli (who also goes by the name Nano) to do the finished work. If I could give him 10 stars I would. This guy is all about quality craftmanship and is very meticulous at his craft. Nowadays, it is hard to find a good contractor. These guys are the best!
Customer service was good. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Armando and the other installers were great. They did a great job. I am very happy with my new windows. Overall it was a good experience.
My installers were very efficient and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained issues that arose about door installation and drainage and patio finishing. I was so impressed. My door looks and operate beautifully.
I highly recommend Pelican Replacement Windows! Bob, the sales representative, came to my home and measured the windows and patio door then explained all my options. He was super helpful and nice! He even met me at the showroom so I could see the different types of privacy glass. The installer’s, Mark and Jerrod, were top notch! They are highly skilled in installing windows and patio doors! They were super nice. The whole process from calling to have someone come to the house to installation was excellent!
