Had 2 windows and a patio slider replaced. Our 2 windows had issues during rainstorms with water leaking through so it was an emergency replacement. Overall was a very good experience. Installation guys were very pleasant and respectful to our property during the install. Took them about 3 - 4 hours for our install. Had about a 3 week holdup in between our install and when we got our patio screen door installed. Overall a very pleasant sales to install experience. Did not try to upsell or pressure us. Will definitely have Window Shoppe replace the rest of our windows at a later date

I went to several window company showrooms to see the windows and meet the owners & employees. Hands down, Kyle at The Window Shoppe was the most knowledgeable and answered my many questions about the windows he builds. Better product than the other major window companies. I was able to tour the factory and see how my windows & patio door would be built. Kyle come out, measured and schedule the work. Whole house replacement. Kyle, Brad & Tyler were able to stagger the install to meet my needs. The install was clean and quick. I have worked with many contractors. First time everything was done the way I wanted. First time I did not have to anything to fix. I love my windows & sliding door.

Kyle and his team of installers Isael and Jose were excellent! We needed new windows in about 3 weeks and this team delivered. They manufacture locally and do both new and retrofit windows. We went with retrofit and have been really happy with the quality and look

We didn’t get any other bids, but thought the price was very fair and reasonable. The installers who put our windows in were very friendly and courteous. They even added screens for us! I thought I was going to have to make those myself and was pleasantly surprised.
