Excellent job by Universal Windows on our home! Windows turned out exactly as described, they kept us informed and checked on the job and their installers could not be nicer- we couldn't even tell they had been there with zero damage to sills, etc. Very impressed!

We had two large, high windows replaced by Universal Windows. The before and after is extraordinary! Before, the windows were cloudy with broken seals. The new windows are beautiful and really enhance the view of the forest behind our home. The installers were prompt and courteous, and made sure everything was in order before they left. They even put the baby grand piano back in place! Highly recommended Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas.

We received a recommendation from our friends to contact Universal Windows Direct to replace all of the windows in our home. We were not disappointed! Our home was originally constructed with single pane windows. We selected double pane, energy efficient windows where the bottom pane easily flips out for simple cleaning. The screens never need removal! We also purchased two plate glass picture windows for our Dining Room and Sunroom. We were kept informed repeatedly while the windows were being constructed. Once they arrived, a crew was sent to our home and the windows were professionally installed in less than a day. We can already tell the difference with outside noise (we don't hear anything!) and the room temperatures. With the rising cost(s) in electricity, these windows will truly make a difference. We highly recommend Universal Windows Direct for your home or business needs!

Universal Windows Direct products made a major difference in the appearance of the house's exterior. The windows were individualized to the house's needs. Also, the quality of the windows far surpassed my expectations in addition to professionalism of the installation. The cleanup after installation of the windows was very thorough. Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking professional installation and quality product.
