GVD Renovations & Remodeling

If it were possible to give GVD more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Outstanding value and service that exceeded my expectations. They tore off our old siding and installed a brand new James Hardie Artisan lap siding with an all-new weather barrier. Afterwards they painted everything perfectly and incredibly fast. The house looks fantastic now and I couldn’t be happier. The crew was super efficient and organized. No mess was left behind. We truly appreciate all of their hard work. It was an all-around solid experience and we would definitely hire GVD again and recommend them to anyone looking for exterior renovations on their home.

Had some work done on my mom's house to replace the siding recently by GVD. Nik and Vadim were great and gave me a very direct and detailed estimate on all the parts and labor. He also pointed out some oversights on some older trim I hadn’t noticed before. The crew, from what I saw, was very hardworking and dedicated to their craft; they made it a point to come early every day and put in many long hours. I myself am somewhat nitpicky when it comes to details, which included some corner pieces I needed adjusted. Upon checking in with them, they made sure to cut them down to the exact size I wanted. I also wanted to mention Vadim, the project manager, who made sure all the final touches were to my liking before the project was completed. It’s a great company; I’m glad they clearly show they are proud and stand behind their work.

VERY happy with the work GVD did replacing my old siding this month! It was a decent amount of siding and trim that needed to come off, and they handled the whole thing way faster than I expected. The crew tore everything down cleanly, hauled it away, and never left anything “open” overnight which I really appreciated. I got bids from 3 different companies… one higher than GVD and one lower. And I ended up choosing GVD because: 1) Patrick tthe estimator was easy to work with and knowledgable. He gave clear and fair advice when I didn't understand why the bids differed in places. 2) GVD uses their own trained crews, not random subs that show up with no idea what’s going on. I liked that a lot. 3) They brought real samples and showed pictures of their recent siding installs so I knew exactly what I was getting. 4) Their reviews matched the experience I was having… no hassle, no runaround, just good communication. And honestly the install went even better than I expected. The office team was easy to work with, and they even moved my job up earlier when a spot opened. Patrick checked in before things kicked off, and Vadim stopped by during install to make sure everything looked right. I’d use GVD again without thinking twice and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for siding work.
