Other providers didn't seem as interested to diagnose the true issue, and just provide replacement quotes - but Alex spent the time with me to check out the door, and point out signs where it was installed incorrectly or causing problems. This gave me the confidence to go with Windows4U and accept the bid, which was reasonably priced.Within a few weeks, the new door arrived, and Alex promptly setup an appointment for the work. They installed the new door perfectly, and spent time to confirm the problems they found, and what they solved (flashing, etc.), so future leaks would be prevented. Afterward, my wife and I immediately felt the different in the room - we didn't know we had a light draft, but now it was definitely sealed tight. They also did a great job cleaning up the area and making sure they didn't leave any screws or sharp pieces behind (this is very important to us since we have pets and kids, and not every contractor is as tidy)Overall, it was a great experience that built trust and confidence. I'll definitely be calling Alex again with any window or door needs in the future. Look no further.
