We have had a lovely experience so far designing and ordering 3 new doors for our house in Cumberland. Nick is a great salesman and explained everything very thoroughly. Ron came out and took measurements quickly and efficiently, explaining how the process would work. We’re really looking forward to our new doors.Edit as of 4/4: Install went amazing! Installer Augusto did a beautiful job and was so efficient and respectful. The doors look incredible and we couldn’t be happier. We are getting two more doors for our basement soon and were happy to work with Nick and Ron again for sales and measurement respectively, and we hope to have Augusto install those as well.
I Purchased a patio door to replace the one in my 100yr old drafty house. The price was a bit much it included my door and prehung frame Hardware frame outside AND wooden frame inside and threshold and of course installation. I do see the quality in the craftsmanship and the care the installer made when installing my door..I will say almost immediately I felt the retention of the heat in my house. I purchased the door with a RBA salesmen who came to my home and sat with me and my husband for over an hour. they have a number of payment options which was great for me I was able to pay half in cash and half by financing We eagerly anticipated the installation of this door and had to wait nearly 2mths. Sadly my waiting time was Dec to Feb and this year 2026 out of all years we suffered multiple snow storms and the below Freezing Temps. I had to put a fleece blanket to cover my entire door that was how drafty and ill fitting it was when we purchased this home 3yrs ago. During the storm my heat would run all day nearly non stop due to how cold it was on my 1st floor where thermostat is located .NOW my furnace runs as intended it's not fighting to beat the cold and there is no more draft on my 1st floor... I will see how it does in summer with my A.C but as of now I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Sadly I do not have before and after pics just after pics..just know the description of what I endured with my old door you can just imagine how it looked...and Please disregard the caution tape I had to put that there to prevent my family from using the back door while the caulking and everything was drying in 20degree weather..Lol
Ivan and his coworker did a great job! Treated my house with respect. Kept me updated in progress. Cleaned any debris that was created. Pleasent to talk to. All of this in 15 degree weather. Once install completed, made sure I was happy with the product and the installation. Great guys for sure.
Everyone that we dealt with along the way were friendly and very easy to work with, from Adam in sales, to Ivan who measured, to Andrii and his crew who did the installation.The cost is higher than others, but well worth it.The windows and new door look fantastic.
Alex and Eugene are a dynamic duo. They are very polite extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. It is very apparent that they love their work and that they take great pride in what they do. They pay great attention to detail and notice the smallest possible imperfections and work very diligently to correct the situation.
