The salesman ,Mark, was wonderful when he came in to tell us about the product, etc. This was the 4th company we looked at. The price, warentee was all great.The installers, Sally, Jennifer and Dylan were not only in time, they were early. They did a wonderful job. So perfessional, contentious, respectful of my husband and I, and our property. They Jennifer cleaned all the windows for me and Sal reinstalled my brackets.I would recommend Window World to all family and friends, they will not be disappointed.
Justen Gallego was an amazing project manager. I had my roof, windows, siding and doors done. I didn't know "window world" did more than just windows! Justen was very professional and personable. His team was great and he also would check in on the progress of the project. If I had any issues or questions, he was quick to answer and resolved them. They arrived every day at 7:00 am and cleaned up at the end of every day. My neighbors were also impressed and asked about referrals. This was a major project and investment, but the quality and price were spot on. I recommend Justen and window world highly. Great experience.Show less
My initial meeting with Kris Dwyer was excellent. She was informative, transparent, and ultimately the reason we chose Window World. She strongly emphasized the importance of lead-safe renovations and explained how Window World surpassed other companies in this area. Unfortunately, none of those promises were upheld during installation. The installers did not follow a single lead-safe procedure, even though one of the windows was installed in my 18-month-old child’s bedroom. This was extremely frustrating and concerning.On top of that, the new front door was improperly installed and requires significant force to open and close due to an alignment issue. I contacted the company on the day of installation, but it took multiple calls and emails before I was assured the problems would be addressed. After that, an entire month passed with no follow-up. When I called again, I had to re-explain everything because there was no record of the issues on my account. Another month passed before I was finally contacted to schedule a repair, and I was informed that the technician only works on Fridays.While my neighbor had a positive experience with this company, mine has been the opposite. I would not recommend Window World, particularly for door installation. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped make the decision process easy and stress-free.David Melville and his crew — Brendan and Ian — were fantastic!! They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation was smooth from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed. The new windows look amazing, and the crew made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left.Thank you to the whole Window World team for outstanding service and craftsmanship. Highly recommended!
