BGV Construction & Windows LLC

Super grateful for the team at BGV Construction & Windows LLC in Washington DC. They sent a professional technician who was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made certain that the entire door replacement was done properly and ensured that I had everything I needed. Thank you very much!

Our experience with BGV Construction & Windows LLC has been very positive so far. We contacted their store in Washington, DC a couple of months ago to replace our front entry door. Our rep, Matthew, has been very professional, honest, informative, and meticulous during the initial review/quotation stage. He answered our questions and had his manager stop by to make sure that everything was correct before any work is done. Though we are waiting for the installation date, he has kept in touch with us regarding the status of our new front door. We will add comments after the work is completed.

Our whole experience with BGV Construction & Windows LLC has been outstanding. Right from the first call to their office, the attention to detail and customer service has been amazing. We had the sliding glass Doors in our master bedroom replaced. William came out to our house in Washington, DC, and talked through the best options for the replacement that met our needs and our budget. His team came to measure, and they provided us with a prompt quote and a clear itemized estimate for the work. Kay in the office was our key point of contact, and was always available for any questions we had during the process, and answered anything promptly. On the day of the installation, the team arrived and ensured they covered all the items in our room to prevent any damage or dust during the installation. The team was professional and completed the work with care and precision. They left our home spotless (you would never have known major work had taken place). I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service. It's so nice to deal with a company that cares about ensuring their customers' satisfaction. We will use them again for another project in the future.

BGV Construction & Windows LLC was an amazing experience for me. We were referred to them by a friend for window replacement, and we contacted to schedule a meeting with their representative. She spent her time going over our goals and needs and explaining the options to us simply giving us the time we needed to make a final selection. The windows arrived in just two weeks, and the installation and after-sales service were excellent. They come highly recommended from me for anyone looking to replace their windows in Washington!
