Overall sentiment is highly positive across recent projects.
They did a great job coming out on time and were done faster than i imagined it would be. All at a cheaper price and better quality compared to others. Will definitely use them in the future!
We had a great experience with Mission Windows. We replaced 12+ windows, enlarged one window, and did a bunch of carpentry. They were great throughout the process - they communicated clearly and promptly; adapted to our needs; and helped us find creative solutions to address the unique needs of our Capitol Hill home. The staff onsite was excellent - clearly very skilled and they made the process smooth (they left the house immaculate every day they left; walked us through the steps, etc). Would recommend them and will go back to them for future projects.
We can't recommend Mission Exteriors enough. The installation of the windows on our older home could not have gone more smoothly. The great crew was attentive to every detail and solved an unexpected issue they found with one window seamlessly. We couldn't be more pleased with the windows themselves, the installation, or the experience working with the administrative team or team at our home. They're incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through each decision clearly and with excellent information. You'll be really pleased with their work and your experience!
From start to finish, this was one of the easiest home upgrades I've invested in! The team at Mission Exteriors was always extremely courteous, kind, and delivered high quality work. From my initial quote to the ordering and install schedule to the finished product - every single person provided excellent service!!
Overall, we had a great experience with Robert and his Mission Exteriors team. We had our entire front door and frame removed and new frame, door, and transom installed. The work turned out top notch even though there were a few setbacks in the ordering timeline. We absolutely recommend Mission Exteriors to others because at the end of the day, the results speak for themselves. There were a few issues along the way, but Robert did his best to minimize their impact on the overall project. Initially, the few door designs we wanted turned out to not be available from the manufacturer, so out of his control. Then the door that was available took longer than expected to construct and deliver. This unfortunately got in the way of another project we were doing with the front of the house. However, Robert did understand this, and took on some additional finish work at no cost, in order to make up for the delay and disruption. Finally, the actual installation and painting of the door, storm door, and trim also took longer than expected, which meant my wife or I needed to be home more days than originally anticipated.Another positive experience was the “sales” process. Robert came by to take a look at the old door and hear what we were looking for, had some options for us to see and really made the entire thing easy. No hard sale, just a quick turnaround with the quote. At the end of the day, I am rating Mission Exteriors a 4.5 of 5 because their work and finished product were top notch, but the timeline and fulfillment could have been better. I understand that ordering and installation can vary by project, so I don’t hold them at fault for many of the delays.
