Unprofessional and Poor communication with Jose and this company. I was ghosted like someone in the reviews said it was the one negative comment I was afraid of that happened to me. Most of the good reviews are from family members is what I noticed. They didn't show up like promised for my insurance inspection or return my calls, respond to emails wouldn't recommend.

Apex Exteriors is a great company to work with. I contracted with this company during the Covid era not realizing the time it would take on getting my insurance company to process this claim. However once processed, Apex was outstanding. Jose, his office staff & workers were all knowledgeable, professional, put safety first & approachable. Apex was one of the BEST contractors I have ever worked with! I had a complete roof replaced including subroof . They are responsive to every concern and explain everything in detail. HIGHLY recommend. They deal with insurance claims and do all the necessary paperwork.
