The owner isnt a professional and shows in his work.
The team did a fantastic job in our bathroom with a tub replacement! He was very friendly and the price was incredible for the amount of labor involved. Could not recommend more.
Im not one to write reviews but I’ve paid nearly tens of thousands for a job that was never finished. I was quoted a large sum for the installation of a basement bathroom and kitchen, but the water lines were never even connected. How am I supposed to know if there are any leaks once the walls are up? It’ll be too late by then. The contractor claims to be a professional, but the work is far from it—mediocre at best.Just look at the issues in the pictures above: the shower arm is crooked, supposed to be parallel to the floor, but it’s installed so poorly there's no fixing it now. The vanity drain has an improper fitting, and in a DWV system, a sanitary tee should be used when going from horizontal to vertical. Instead, you can see the "vent" that’s just venting sewer gases behind the walls. I had to replace that mess with an elbow and will be installing an air admittance valve on my own. There’s plenty more I could mention as scamming you money out of parts as well. Buying parts, charging you and then never using those parts, but this review would get too lengthy. Bottom line: I do not recommend this contractor unless you’re looking for a hack job that’s out of code.I ended up having to fix the issues myself. I’ve uploaded a before and after picture. Just take a guess who’s the “professional” here.Edit: We agreed to a finished bathroom. This is clearly not finished and what was done was done out of code. Water lines and the “vent” pipe was never tied in.
We have had 3 jobs with Mr Espinal so far and every time he has been a pleasure and very professional. There is absolutely nothing this man CANT do, he is so smart it’s mind blowing. Prices are fair, and he is respectful of my home and fun to talk to. Thank you for all your hard/quality work Mr. Espinal!!!
I had my toilet leaking, under my tiles that I didn’t notice until it reached the last layer and started leaking to my basement. I’m satisfied with the work he has done and thankfully everything is working.I also had him install a new toilet which I feel he did a good job.
