Very happy customer, like the name of the company, they are professional indeed. We like the way the project was finalized, everything was done with a great attention to detail and Tony is a perfectionist, he wouldn't leave until he was sure that we were happy with his work. The entire crew was very nice and we liked having them around the house. Definitely we will work with them for future projects and 100 % recommend them. The project was about redo the left and right attachments to the house, one of them hosting a squirrels nest and the other one had wasps nests and it was in a very bad condition. We had issues with a previous window supplier that really messed things up, but the team at Professional Home Exteriors came in, got proper measurements right away, gave me a quick quote, and were transparent throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Cody—none of this would’ve happened without him. He was the one who introduced me to the team and also handled the installation. His attention to detail, professionalism, and clear communication made all the difference. Truly grateful for his involvement from start to finish. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell me—they focused on what actually made sense for my situation. For example, instead of replacing my whole door and sidelite, Ryan suggested cutting the door and installing a new glass panel. It saved me money and worked perfectly. I also had two bay window panels with broken seals. Instead of pushing a full replacement, they just swapped out the glass inserts, no problem. In the basement, they installed four new windows into the existing framing, which was totally out of level, but they still made them fit and function properly. The windows open and close smoothly, are level, and the finishing, capping, and caulking looks great. The install quality is solid, the windows look awesome, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend these guys—great price, honest advice, and top-notch workmanship.

I had one window and garden doors replaced by Professional Home Exteriors, and the entire process was seamless. Purchasing through the company was straightforward—Ryan was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I had alot of questions about the various features and options and he was happy to explain everything to me! When it came to installation, Tony and his team did fantastic work. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail; they carefully removed the interior trim and were able to reuse it, which meant everything matched perfectly with the existing trim—no painting or touch-ups needed. What stood out most was their customer service. After the job was completed, I had a small concern about the exterior finish on the door trim. I reached out to Ryan, and he replied quickly and was happy to help. His response said it all: "Hey Ashley, thanks for reaching out and providing those details. The name of the game is to do everything right and spectacular and have happy customers. If you have some photos, that would be great, then I can share with Tony and we can prepare for what's needed to come back and get things more to your liking :)" I’m sharing that message because it was such a relief to receive. When I was choosing a company, I found others with great sales—but they had multiple reviews complaining about poor follow-up and lack of support after installation. That wasn’t the case here. Tony and his team clearly take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

We reached out to Tony and his team to replace a window that has been broken in our kitchen for years. I can't believe we took so long to fix it because it's made a dramatic improvement to the space. I have nothing but great things to say about them! From the initial consult to install they have been nothing but professional, communicative and courteous; terrific customer service throughout the entire process. After the install, they made sure to clean up the area too, which was greatly appreciated.
