We recently had Abby Windows remove our old bathtub and surround and replace it with a beautiful new shower, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the very beginning, I was amazed at the level of customer service. Sam, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decisions.

Martin, our installer, was meticulous and a true perfectionist. His attention to detail really showed in the final result. Blake, the project manager, also stopped in during the process and was very friendly and professional.

Every single person I spoke with — whether on the phone, through email, or in person — demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. What really stood out to me was that each of them commented on how much they enjoy working for Abby Windows. That says a lot about the company.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new shower and would definitely recommend Abby Windows to anyone considering a bathroom update.

Abby Homes did several projects in our home last year and we would highly recommend them to anyone. EVERYONE we interacted with was very professional and accommodating. We did have to wait for a while for the projects to get started due to the winter weather but once they began it went fairly quickly. The workmen that came out were very respectful of our home and belongings. They were also very willing to answer any and all questions we had along the way. The person that came out initially to talk about the project was very helpful with suggestions and discussing alternative options. He was never pushy and we felt completely at ease with him the whole time. We were very happy with the final product and it has certainly given our home a more modern and UpToDate look. We have had a few minor items that have needed to be redone/repaired nothing really of great note but Abby have been quick to respond and take care of whatever issue.
We had the siding, new soffits, running boards, guttering, windows and part of the roof replaced. Our utility bills have gone down, the last month it was $50 lower but was 3 degrees colder! The house feels much more even in temperature. We are needless to say very happy with that outcome too.

Abby Home just completed a complete window replacement on our house, replacing everything in the primary living space. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Nate, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable and went over all our options in great detail, providing good recommendations and trade-offs to help work within our budget. The quote we received was very detailed, outlining the proposal for each replaced window (we replaced 8 windows total, including 2 double windows and 1 triple window), as well as covering all the work detail.

Installation was very smooth and efficient, especially given the winter weather. We did have a couple of minor delays, but all delays were due to weather which at this time of year is completely out of Abby's control. All of the actual windows were removed and replaced on the first day of installation, along with completion of all the interior trim work. The remaining two days of the job to completion was replacement of the exterior trim work, which was extensive due to having to cut back some of the vinyl siding for removal of the old windows.

One of the biggest transformations was our kitchen window. This used to be a split casement window which felt very small. After talking over our options with Nate, we opted to replace this with an awning style window which opens like a casement, but with the hinge at the top. This allows us to still vent the kitchen if needed, but provided a single window pane for the opening. Now it looks HUGE and allows so much better light!

During the process, we found out that Abby Home sells the exact color and manufacturer of the siding already on our home, so I suspect when the time comes for us to redo the siding, we will be calling them again.

Process from start to finish was great! I had multiple projects (Roof and gutters on the house, roof on my storage barn, a tub/shower and window replacement). Communication from start to finish was excellent. Installers made sure any needs / concerns were met and asked questions throughout all of my projects. Skill and professionalism of all the installers was top notch. Highly recommend Abby Home.
