I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Story today. We contacted Mint, and they responded promptly by sending someone out to inspect our roof. Many of our neighbors have recently required repairs due to hail damage, so we wanted to ensure our home was properly evaluated as well.Ryan was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process, clearly explaining his findings and what we should expect moving forward. His professionalism and thoroughness were greatly appreciated.
We experienced a hailstorm March 2025. We contacted our insurance company that sent out the claim adjuster. They claimed we didn't have any damages (twice) which didn't make sense since our neighbors were all getting roof replacements from the same hail event. Mint Exteriors was able to advise us on how to exercise our rights as a consumer. This involved engaging an independent 3rd party adjuster and thru mediation, was able to get an award. Mint Exteriors roofing and gutter crew did outstanding work and cleaned up nicely and didn't damage any landscaping, etc. Mint Exteriors even allowed us time between roof replacement and gutter placement for us to work with another contractor to paint the trim. Would highly recommend them.

On March 8th when that hail and wind storm went ripping through Palmer at 4:30 a.m. , our house was rescued by William from ??Mint Exteriors?? that very same day, within a few hours of me contacting him, he came to cover the roof from the leak in our sunroom skylight! I filed the insurance claim, the adjuster came, then Will came to go over the paperwork and have me pick out my new roof, gutters and gutter guards! My house looks so beautiful and I thank you all for your time management ????????????
